would i be able to drive a (real skyline not that impostor GTR) R34 GTR in California with dealer plates?
with kaizo industries pretty much going down i was wondering would i be able to import a R34 in california and drive it with dealer plates?im currently in the process of getting my dealers license here in california and im not sure if they’re any other methods to get it here legally

This vehicle is not on the list of authorized imports.
The current versions of this car do not meet NHTSA safety standards or EPA emissions standards. And they can not be modified to meet these standards.
If a vehicle is not on the NHTSA list of non-conforming vehicles eligible for importation, the vehicle can not be imported into the United States.
You also can’t use just any importer. You must use an authorized importer. This importer will then bring this vehicle up to our safety and EPA emissions codes. The vehicle must then be inspected and pass EPA emissions testing.
If you fail to follow these rules you will end up with a vehicle that you can not register, drive, or sell. You will have a very expensive lawn ornament.
If you try to drive this vehicle illegally on the street using a dealer plate, you risk losing that dealer plate and any other dealer plated.
